Business Ethics

    Employees shall not engage in any form of solicitation, mediation, or improper requests for the purpose of gaining unfair benefits for themselves or others.

    Employees shall not use business-related budgets, including travel expenses and operational expenses, for purposes other than their intended business use.

    Employees shall not use their position or authority to obtain improper benefits.

    Employees shall not use company-owned assets, including business vehicles, office equipment, movable and immovable property, for personal gain.

    In bidding and contract execution, employees shall not make improper demands, including requesting prohibited items or imposing unfair trading conditions by abusing a superior position.

    All information shall be collected through lawful means and accurately recorded and reported.
    Accounting records shall be maintained transparently and accurately in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

    Employees shall not disclose any information obtained in the course of their duties to external parties or third parties without prior authorization.

    Employees shall not copy, download, or use illegal or unauthorized software.

    Employees shall not engage in any conduct that causes sexual harassment, including inappropriate physical contact or obscene jokes.

    Anyone who becomes aware of a violation of these regulations may report it to the Compliance Officer or the Chief Executive Officer.

    The identity of whistleblowers shall be protected, and no discrimination or disadvantage shall be imposed as a result of reporting.
    If any discrimination or disadvantage occurs, the Chief Executive Officer shall take appropriate remedial measures.
