As a responsible global corporate citizen, Partron Co., Ltd. has established Social Responsibility Management Guidelines to strengthen its commitment to sustainable and responsible business practices.     Partron Co., Ltd. places the highest priority on the life and safety of its employees and establishes a safe working environment at all business sites.
    Based on standard processes such as chemical management guidelines and workplace environment management guidelines, we prevent risks including electric shock, fire, and falls, and operate equipment life prediction programs to minimize accidents caused by aging facilities. In addition, we strengthen accident response capabilities through compliance with laws and international standards, regular safety training, and emergency response drills, and continuously build a strong safety culture.

    Partron Co., Ltd. practices ethical management based on integrity and transparency and strictly prohibits all forms of bribery,
    gifts, entertainment, and the provision or acceptance of improper benefits.
    Employees must strictly comply with all applicable laws and internal regulations when conducting business with governments
    and public institutions, and any improper exercise of influence is not tolerated.
    The Company operates various reporting channels to ensure that suspected corruption can be reported safely, and maintains
    a trusted organizational culture through guarantees of anonymity and a strict non-retaliation policy.

    Partron Co., Ltd. strictly protects corporate information and the personal data of stakeholders, including customers and business partners, and strictly prohibits any unauthorized disclosure or misuse of information.
    Employees must handle information securely in accordance with applicable laws and internal policies, and confidentiality obligations continue even after termination of employment. In addition, we strictly prohibit any attempt to obtain information from competitors or third parties through improper means, including hacking or wiretapping, and maintain a transparent and reliable information management system.

We strictly prohibit our business partners from engaging in any activities that violate international standards, including child labor, forced labor, and human trafficking, and require compliance with key ESG standards such as environment, safety, labor, and ethics. We regularly assess risks among our major partners and support necessary improvements in order to build a sustainable value chain and strengthen a culture of mutual growth and cooperation.
